All Rates are booked at double occupancy – Due to Covid precaution, this requires you travel with someone you know or agree to share a room. Single occupancy is available with nominal fee, pending availability.

Utah Red-eye Weekend at Snowbird Flight Times:
All flight times, and transportation are subject to change up until 30 days before there trip
Transportation includes shuttle out in Utah to take you to and from the airport.
NYC–> Salt Lake City, Utah Friday Apr. 22nd
- Outbound flight departs Delta Flight #354 JFK Airport, NYC 6:59am(Be at airport 5:00am latest) –> Arriving in Salt Lake City Airport approx. 10:30am
- Private Bus Transfer set up for transit from Salt Lake City airport –> Cliff Lodge at Snowbird
Salt Lake City, Utah –> NYC, Utah Sunday Apr. 24th
- Private Bus Transfer departing Cliff Lodge & Spa at 8:00pm (Don’t be late) –> SLC Airport
- Return flight departs SLC Airport Delta Flight #399 11:55pm –> Arriving at JFK Airport in NYC 6:16am Monday morning.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to request cancellation of your Utah Red-Eye Weekend Trip, please contact us here, or by email at info@ovrride.com.
Cancellation of an OvRride Big Trip (out West or anywhere with a domestic flight) requires written notice at least 30 days prior to the trip date to receive a full refund.
This writing must be in the form of an email from the person who made the reservation. No phone calls or other forms of contact on social media, word of mouth, etc. can be honored. Cancellations with sufficient notice will be issued a full refund.
Any cancellations within 30 days of the departure date are subject to loss of the trip deposit and any flight-related expenses. Any refunds within 30 days would only be offered if allowed by our partners’ policies (Airlines, Hotels, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
