We require 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your class with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be rescheduled or refunded at all.

Reimbursements will not be given for no-shows, nor for customers who are more than 5 minutes late to class.

*Please note if you booked through a third-party (Airbnb or Trip Advisor), you will need to contact them regarding their cancellation policy.

Classes run rain or shine, however, in the event of unsafe water conditions (heavy rain, high winds, or lightning), class will be cancelled. We will do our best to reschedule you, but if we are not able to, we will refund you fully. Refunds will be placed back onto the credit card used at time of purchase. We will notify you via phone or email 1 hour prior to class in the event of a cancellation.
