This SUP yoga class will take your practice to the next level!
When your paddleboard is also your yoga mat, you will discover new challenges in familiar poses that require balance and focus on conquering.
Every class begins with breathing and letting ourselves be present in the beautiful lake environment. We will then move through various yoga poses, focusing on strength and balance, gradually moving to more gentle, relaxing poses, and finally finishing the class with a peaceful savasana.
The instructor of this class is Melissa Sukach, who teaches yoga, Pilates, and SUP in Denton at Twisted Bodies, and SUP Yoga at Bluet is open to all levels of experience.

Cancellations and No-shows:
No Refunds Issued*
- Bluet Sup Closes when winds are a consistent 15mph or more. Beginners should not paddle in winds above 11mph.
- In the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, Bluet SUP will not process refunds.
- This experience requires suitable weather conditions. If Events/classes are canceled due to adverse weather - Example: high winds - you’ll be able to reschedule. No refunds.
