Description

About One of the best ways to observe and get close to manatees is by kayaking with them!

On this one of a kind tour we take you kayaking on the Chassahowitzka River to see manatees! We focus our attention on the manatees that call this river home in the winter time! The best time to see them is when it is cold but it is well worth the sacrifice. So dress warm, bring some hot cocoa or coffee and be ready for an amazing experience seeing and learning about manatees!!!

We educate you about the river’s history, ecology, springs and characteristics of a manatee! You get a up close and personal look without interfering with their natural behavior. This is not a swimming tour.
