Description

KAYAK DOWN THE COLORADO RIVER - HALF DAY WHITEWATER KAYAKING

On this half-day river adventure, you will paddle an inflatable kayak through novice and intermediate rapids while experiencing the beauty of Utah’s towering red rocks from the water. The five-mile stretch of the Colorado River where you will be paddling features class II and class III rapids from beginning to end, starting at Onion Creek Rapid and continuing into the moderate (but still exhilarating!) Fisher Towers section of the river. Paddle Moab’s knowledgeable guides provide instruction and direction on this two-and-a-half-hour paddle, so prior kayaking experience, although helpful, is not required.
