About
Bring the whole family together for some fun out in the ocean! We'll combine a bit of yoga and SUP for an experience that will be the highlight of your trip!
This class begins with an introduction to SUP and paddle techniques before taking the boards out into the ocean for a full family yoga class. At the end, we'll pair up and play with some ACRO partnering poses, while of course also grabbing some photos to take home with you (or to document dad in a yoga pose)!
The last bit of the practice will include an open family paddle for you to enjoy the boards, ocean, and Waikiki all together.
Class Time
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email from me directly to schedule your class time.
Please Note
Life vests can be accommodated for ages under 12 years old for parents who request upon booking. A brief water safety introduction will be given to all participating children. ALL children MUST know how to swim in order to participate.
For the open paddle portion of the class, children under the age of 7 years old will be asked to paddle on the same board as another family member. Leash arrangements can also be made so that all boards, or two or more, connect to one another, so you can paddle together safely.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be refunded in full when requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of your booking. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the start of your booking will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount. Failure to request a cancellation up to 1 hour of the start of your booking will be ineligible for a refund. Alternatively, you may reschedule your booking up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the company or instructor, you will be fully refunded.
