FAQs
What is the Cabo private snorkeling trip weather policy?
Due to Hurricane Season (July- September), your tour may need to be rescheduled, depending on weather conditions. This is determined daily by the Harbor Master. Please check your email and texts the day before and the day of your tour. We will do all we can to reschedule the tour during your stay. If rescheduling is not possible during your stay, you will be refunded in full.
Is the bottom of the boat really glass?
The bottom is not entirely made of glass but there are two large viewing windows that allow a fascinating glimpse under the water as we travel.
Can you provide transportation to the marina?
Yes, we can. First, schedule your tour with us. Once payment for the tour is received, we will work with you to arrange transportation needs (roundtrip or one-way). Once booked, you'll receive an email and text from the transportation service to confirm the details and complete the payment.
Does the tour provide food and drinks?
We have a cooler with ice and complimentary beverages. You are welcome to bring your own additional drinks and food.
I usually get seasick. What do you recommend?
If you get seasick we recommend taking nausea medicine before the tour.
Can you play music on the boat?
Yes, we can! You may bring your phone or other music player for the Captain, or he can provide music.
Do you provide snorkeling equipment?
Yes, all snorkeling equipment needed for the experience is provided. You'll be able to pick up the snorkeling equipment at our offices to ensure the mask and fins fit properly.
What should I wear on the snorkeling tour?
It is recommended to wear your bathing suit under your clothes and bring an extra change of clothes along with sun protection, a towel, and a waterproof camera.
Why are life jackets required at all times?
Lifejackets are mandatory at all times for glass bottom boats, which sit lower in the water. We supply complimentary lifejackets for passengers over the age of 2 years old.
How far in advance can we book?
You can book this private snorkeling tour in Cabo up to six months in advance. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure that you have a spot reserved for you.
What's the best place to park to get to the marina?
There is parking at the Plaza Puerto Paraiso
What's the price for kids?
Kids under 4 years old are free! Kids over 4 years old are priced as a per person rate.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour prior to the scheduled date, we offer two refund options:
- 100% Refund Option: We will provide you with a gift card for the full amount you paid, which can be used for future bookings of vacations in Los Cabos with us. The gift card is also transferable, just let us know in advance.
- Partial Refund Option: We will refund you 80% of the total value of the reserved tour. The remaining 20% will not be refunded, as it covers PayPal's commission, our booking partner's commission, and the percentage lost due to currency exchange rates.
Cancellation of Tours on or After the Scheduled Date:
If you decide to cancel your tour on or after the scheduled date, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a refund. However, we encourage you to get in touch with our customer service team to discuss alternative options, such as rescheduling the tour for a later date, subject to availability.
Changes to the Reservation:
If you need to make changes to your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your changes based on availability and inform you of any price adjustments, if applicable.
Cancellations by the company:
In the event that we have to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule the tour according to your convenience.
